You have choices about how to handle this change in your health care and prescription drug coverage. We know that you will have a lot to consider and may have questions as you choose a new way to get health care coverage after Fallon Total Care leaves the One Care program. We are inviting Fallon Total Care members to attend an enrollment information session to help you understand your choices. Representatives from MassHealth, Medicare, SHINE, One Care Ombudsman and other One Care Plans will be there to answer your questions and discuss your choices for enrollment into another program.

Your Navigator can help you plan for upcoming medical or dental procedures, and for equipment orders in process. Call 1-866-477-1668, 8 a.m.–8 p.m., Monday–Friday. The calls are free.
Fallon Total Care is a health plan that contracts with both Medicare and MassHealth to provide benefits of both programs to enrollees.
